Refund policy

If we fail to deliver the agreed work, we will issue a full refund. For completed work, refunds are not provided, but we will apply revisions included in your package to meet the original brief.

Revision policy

Each package includes a set number of revisions. Revisions must align with the original brief. Additional revisions are available at an hourly rate.

Delivery

Typical turnaround is 1–2 days. Rush 24h is available when selected during checkout.

File handling

Footage is accessed only by the Mayhem Videos team and stored securely for the duration of your project.
